How do we start working together?

We begin with a short call to map out your needs and goals. You then receive a proposal with a timeline, costs and next steps. Once you approve it, we start on design and development right away.

What does it cost, and how do I pay?

Cost depends on scope (site, web app, IT services). We offer flexible packages and per-project pricing. You can pay by card, bank transfer or invoice. We usually ask for a deposit up front, with the balance due on delivery.

How long does a website or app take to deliver?

A typical corporate site is delivered in 2-4 weeks; custom web applications take 4-8 weeks depending on the functionality involved. We always give you a clear timeline from the start.

Do you offer support and maintenance?

Yes. We provide support packages covering updates, backups, monitoring, security patches and small improvements. We are also available ad hoc for anything urgent.

What do you need from me to get started?

Your logo and brand assets if you have them, basic copy or bullet points for your services, any photos you want used, and access to your domain and hosting if they already exist. If none of that exists yet, we can create it together.

Can I request changes or upgrades after delivery?

Of course. A round of revisions is normally included at delivery. For later upgrades or new functionality we can work hourly or in mini-sprints, depending on the scope.
